‘Have you casted spell on Mamata Banerjee’, Ashok Gehlot asks VP Jagdeep Dhankhar

News Daily Digital Desk: The occasion was a felicitation ceremony for Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar. It was attended by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Leader of Opposition Vasundhara Raje and other Congress and BJP leaders. That meeting had nothing to do with Bengal or Trinamool. But where Jagdeep Dhankar is present, it seems unusual that the topic of Bengal does not come up. So, the issue came up and made Bengal’s ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) quite uncomfortable.

From that event in Rajasthan, Chief Minister of Sarajya and top Congress (Congress) leader Ashok Gehlot asked Dhankar, by which magic did he ‘subdue’ Mamata? In fact, his relationship with Mamata hit rock bottom when he was the governor of Dhankar state. Trinamool Congress leaders also branded him ‘Padmapala’ accusing him of bias. However, the Trinamool Congress ultimately did not vote for the opposition candidate in the vice-presidential election. Trinamool refrained from voting even if it did not directly support Dhankar. Taking that topic Ashok Gehlot (Ashok Gehlot) poked the grass and asked Dhankar, “I am a magician, what magic did you do on Mamata?”

Vice President Dhankar, however, did not answer the question directly. He laughed and said, “I am not a politician. Ashok Gehlot, Bashundhara Rajera will know better than me why political decisions are taken, on what basis decisions are taken. As the Governor of Bengal, I want to know from Bashundharaji, how to cast a spell on Mamata?” Then Vice President Dhankar also poked Mamata and said, “I wanted to know from Mamata, have I taken any action against the constitution or not?” Have I made any statement anywhere that defames him?”

The Trinamool swelled under the criticism of the two camps, the Vice President and the Congress. MP Sukhendu Sekhar Roy’s statement, “Ashok Gehlot should think about how to save the dying Congress.” What the other team is doing, it will continue without thinking.”
